Hints & tips for submissions

Explain why and how you identified a need for your product / service / change
Describe what planning and development went in to the product / service / change
What market reaction has there been? (e.g. press coverage, market research reports, industry awards)
Please supply proof of success e.g. statistics, financial results, ratios, percentages, ROI etc
What are the projections for future market share, distribution, sales volumes?


How to Enter
To enter please answer the following question in no more than 1000 words: ‘What has your organisation done that makes it stand out from the rest?'. In addition to the written submission, you may also include supporting information such as financial data, media coverage and client testimonials. The judges will favour those submissions that can supply independent validation of success. If you would like to nominate a third party for a Global Business Excellence Award, perhaps because you have experienced great customer service or use an excellent product, simply email us with brief details and the name and contact details of that organisation and we will contact them and invite them to enter. Please let us know if you would like your third party nomination to remain confidential. The Global Business Excellence Awards are an ongoing programme with an entry deadline of the last working day of each month. The judges will then consider your submission during the first two weeks of the following month and winners will then be individually notified.
Your submission
Please email your written entry and supporting information to entries@globalbusinessexcellenceawards.com. Also please post your cheque for the entry fee (£150 plus VAT made payable to Awards Intelligence Ltd) along with a covering letter stating the name of the organisation being entered to: Global Business Excellence Awards c/o Awards Intelligence, Dormers, Broadlands, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 OBG. You may also pay your entry fee by BACs, please contact us for bank details. An invoice will be sent to you on request. Please note that entries will not be judged unless the entry fee has been paid by the deadline date. We will acknowledge receipt of all submissions by email and your entry & supporting information will remain confidential, viewed solely by the awards team and the judges, unless we specifically request your permission to share the information more widely. The GBEA judges will be looking for evidence of genuine excellence, both measurable and memorable. See the bullet-points opposite for useful hints and tips.
